Effect of copper coating (vacuum deposition combined with ion implantation) on mechanical properties of molybdenum wire
Description
There was studied the effect of copper coating 0.2-5 mkm thick obtained by vapor deposition along with low-energy ion implantation on mechanical properties of 1 mm diameter molybdenum wire. Phenomenological model of physical yield strength as a stress when dislocation barrier breaks off in the nearsurface layer was confirmed
