Possibilities to increase malignant neoplasm sensitivity to radiotherapy using micro element concentrated products
- 1. Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Rentgeno-Radiologicheskij i Onkologicheskij Inst., Kiev (Ukraine)
Description
The experiment was performed on three strains of primary tumors with different radiosensitivity. Dynamic indices of tumor growth were investigated. Morphological methods (including radioautography) were used. The obtained results suggest the possibility to use the MC as a radiosensitizer which significantly increases cytotoxic effect of the irradiation. This capability of the MC allows to regard the preparation as an active radio modifier
