Diffusion of adatoms with strong repulsive interaction

Description
Analytic expression for chemical, jump, and tracer diffusion coefficients are obtained in the case of a strong nearest neighbor repulsive interaction for a nearly half-monolayer coverage. We explain the nature of a deep minimum in the jump diffusion coefficient for a nearly half-monolayer coverage as well as a difference between the jump and tracer diffusion coefficients which occurs for coverages higher than a half monolayer
