Present status of the 9.5 GHz parametric transducer at the University of Tokyo
Description
Various types of cavity transducer have been proposed and developed. The author reports on the present status of the parametric transducer incorporating a microwave cavity developed at the University of Tokyo. The most advantageous feature of this transducer is that the cavity is rigidly supported and non-contacting to the antenna. The configuration allows stable operation without any mechanical loading to the antenna. (Auth.)
