This document presents the synthesis and conclusions of the public debate held from April 24 to July 31, 2015 regarding the installation of an offshore wind farm off the coast of Dieppe - Le Treport (Normandy, France). The different issues addressed were about: the opportunity of a debate, the French energy policy, the cost and profitability of the wind farm, the socio-economic impact of the project, the aesthetic impact of the wind farm, the (in)compatibility with fishing activities, the post-activity dismantlement of the wind turbine structures, the environmental impact on the marine ecosystems, the connection to the grid. The document includes the decision of the project manager after the debate and a second post-debate public consultation regarding the different reservations and disputes raised by the public
