Description
A high performance liquid chromatography-Thermal ionization mass spectrometric (HPLC-TIMS) method was developed for the isolation and estimation of fission molybdenum for burn-up measurements on dissolver solution of PHWR spent fuel. As molybdenum is produced in significant quantities during nuclear fission, the method can be applicable for determination of atom % fission on a regular basis. (author)
