Investigation into conditions of absence of polymeric film formation under electron bombardment

On the basis of the experimental results the assumptions about kinetics of a polymeric film formation from vapours of halogen-containing hydrocarbons under electron irradiation are presented. Using the analysis of the corresponding equations the conditions of film absence during electron bombardment are obtained and their dependence on the irradiation parameters is discussed
