Description

Highlights: • V2O5 was added to NZCT–NNT ceramics to improve the properties. • Low temperature sintering was achieved successfully. • A complete solid solution formed for the compositional range. • Microstructure was enhanced significantly. • Superior dielectric properties of εr = 50.29, Q × f = 68640 GHz, τf = +2.7 ppm/°C were obtained.
