A diagraphic equipment
Description
Description is given of a diagraphic equipment for determining the specific gravity of subsoil formations surrounding a probe hole. A diagraphic probe contains two gamma-ray sensors, of the scintillation type, having different luminescence decrease features. These two sensors are optically coupled by means of a light-concudctor. A photomultiplier senses the two scintillation crystals and transmits voltage pulses up to the ground level where they are separated

On decrit un equipement de diagraphie des densites des formations terrestres entourant un trou de sonde. Une sonde de diagraphie contient deux detecteurs de rayons gamma, du type a scintillations, dont les caracteristiques de decroissance de la luminescence sont differentes. Les deux detecteurs sont couples optiquement par un conducteur de lumiere. Un photomultiplicateur observe les deux cristaux a scintillations et transmet des impulsions de tension a la sruface ou elles sont separeesAdditional details
