Description
Using the decay mode Ω-→ΔK-, the authors have obtained a measurement of the Ω- lifetime tausub(Ω) = (0.08 +0.16-0.12) x 10-10s. The Ω- decay angular distribution is consistent with W(cos theta*) proportional to 1 + 3 cos2theta*. The probability of consistency with a flat distribution is approximately 1/300 indicating J not equal to 1/2. (Auth.)
