Deposition of cobalt-57 in the rat
Description
Rats were injected with 57cobalt chloride and treated with liposomally entrapped DTPA to test the latter's efficiency for the removal of 57cobalt from the animals. No difference in clearance rates, from the main organs, was observed when free and entrapped DTPA was used. (U.K.)
