Description
Objective: To detect the aerosol samples that were collected by high flux air sampler with γ- spectrum calibration techniques. Methods: Energy-calibration and efficiency-calibration were performed with a standardized mixed radionuclide source provided by National Physical Laboratory, UK. And a curve imitate method was established for radionuclide measurement. Results: The energy-linearity of γ-spectrum measuring system was good, and the detection efficiency could meet the measurement requirement. Conclusions: As the speciality of aerosol samples, concerned it is necessary, to carefully calibrate the measuring system in order to improve the reliability of the measured results. (authors)
