Description
Nude mice bearing xenografts of human tumors provide a suitable model for studies on tumor localization. The authors present the results of their studies on the imaging of human melanoma xenografts in nude mice with respect to comparison of the imaging qualities of several 131I labeled antibodies. The authors present also their preliminary studies to evaluate the imaging quality of an 131I labeled conventional antiprostatic acid phosphatase antibody in a prostatic carcinoma xenograft model
