Description
With the promote of visualization, precise quantification and artificial intelligence technology, the radiomics technology could make high throughput extraction of a large number of advanced quantitative imaging data obtained from CT, MRI, and PET for further quantitative analysis. Through tumor heterogeneity radiomics technology exhibits great value in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, staging, classification, metastasis, gene expression, response evaluation and prognosis of tumor. Radiomics could accelerate the translational and clinical research of oncology. In this paper we discussed radiomics in three aspects: assistance in diagnosis, assessment of treatment response, and prediction of prognosis, to improve the acknowledge of radiomics of lung cancer.
