Description

The invention concerns a quick-acting valve on a main-steam pipe of a nuclear power plant, especially one of the two pistons serving as opening mechanism. The engineering design is to be carried out in such a manner that a play between the pistons avoids mutual jamming, the safety requirements for such facilities thus being fully met. (orig./PW)
