Spherically symmetrical bound states in a system of many non-relativistic quarks with pair attractive linear potential
Description
Nonrelativistic potential simulation of baryons with identical quarks in the 1/N expansion of quantum chromodynamics is carried out. Integro-differential eigenvalue nonlinear problem arising when finding bound states ia a system of N quarks (N→infinity) in the case of linear interquarks potential is reduced to sixth order differential equation and is solved by means of computer. The numerical result for the first 9 levels are presented. Simple recalculation formulas have been derived for the case of arbitrary potential slope, as well as for the three quark case in the Hartree approximation
