Description
The dielectric spectra of natural clinoptilolit have been measured in vacuo and air (atmospheric pressure). The measurements have been carrie out on samples of high density (natural plate) and low density (unpressed powder). It has been established that the the frequency dependence of both real and imaginary parts of the dielectric permittivity has characterized by approximately the same relaxation time of about 10-5 sec. It has been concluded that in all these cases, the dielectric spectra have been determined by fluctuations of alkali metal ions associated with the water molecules inside the zeolite pores. Difference in the correspomding spectra have been related the concentration of these complexes
