On a possible correlation of duration and frequency drift rate of type 3 decametric radio bursts

Description
Experimental study of decametric noise storm activity shows that during certain periods of noise storms correlation exists between duration and frequency drift rate of type III bursts. This indicates to the importance of excitation of gyrofrequency branch of plasma waves for type III high-frequency burst generation process
