Description

This paper presents a proposed computer system to assist with the isolation and restoration of plant components for maintenance that relies on knowledge based software technology. The general requirements for a Knowledge Assisted Tag Out (KATO) system are discussed. The envisioned system is of interest to owners of power and chemical process plants, particularly nuclear power plants. 2 figs
