Solid-phase reaction between neodymium cuprate and potassium fluorocuprate

Description
Using the method of isothermal annealings, differential thermal and X-ray phase analyses solid-phase interaction of neodymium cuprate with potassium fluorocuprate has been studied. It is shown that K2CuF4-Nd2CuO4 cross-section is not quasi-binary. Existence of mixed neodymium, potassium and copper oxofluoride with fluorite-like structure (NdOF-based solid solution) and solid-solution with Nd2CuO4-structure are detected. 9 refs.; 1 tab
