Tc depenence upon pressure to 20 GPa for YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystals

Description
Effect of quasihydrostatic pressure up to 14.5 GPa and 19.8 GPa on Tc temperature of superconducting transition of two YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystalline samples is studied. It is detected that superconductivity by χ susceptibility disappears in the second sample at ∼ 20 GPa. Difference in χ values before and after superconducting transition Δχ decreases at 12-13 GPa for both samples. Tc nonmonotonic dependence on pressure in the pressure range, where Δχ is constant, is explained in frames of Cyrot model
