Computerized determination of stages of peripheric pulmonary carcinoma according tp clinicoroentgenological data

An attempt was undertaken to elaborate the methods of computized determinating the stages of tumor process according to the data of routine clinico-roentgenological examination of 167 patients with peripheric pulmonary carcinoma. The symptoms revealed in the process of clinicoroentgenological examination were distinguished. It is necessary to take into consideration the combination of these symptoms when diagnosing peripheric pulmonary carcinoma. It was concluded that the use of mathematical methods and computers for processing and evaluation of clinicoroentgenological data permitted to suppose the stage of pulmonary carcinoma and to choose the treatment method
