X-ray emission spectra and electronic structure of V3Si and V3Ge compounds doped by transition metals

Description
The results of studies of VLsub(α) emission bands in V3Si and V3Ge compounds doped with Cr, Fe and Co transition metats are considered. The obtained data are compare with calculations of electron structure of the compounds in the cluster approximation. On the basis of comparison of the theory and experiment the conclusion is made about the character of substitution of atoms of the components by the transition element atoms, and about variations of the V3d-bandwidth and electron state density at the Fermi level
