Action plan for the energy efficiency

The commission of European Communities presented on October 19, 2005, its action plan for the energy efficiency. The goal of this document is to reach a significant reduction, 20% by 2020, of the energy consumption inside the European Union and even outside. This article presents some large excerpts of this document, in particular those dealing with the present day situation and the 10 priority actions to be implemented to make it change in the right way.
