The seismically safe management of explosions in the uranium ore deposits -Lichtenberg open cast mine

Description
The simultaneous execution of underground mining work with parallel secondary mining of the deposit by open cast mining sets great requirements for the safety of the employees, the protection of engineering structures and technical equipment and the maintenance of working seams. From the outline of the planned opencast mining one could see that the mining work of parts of the deposit would approach the mining seams to be maintained and protected to within less than 30 metres. Die gleichzeitige Ausuebung bergmaennischer Arbeiten im Tiefbau bei parallelem Sekundaerabbau der Lagerstaette im Tagebau stellte hohe Anforderungen fuer die Sicherheit der Beschaeftigten, den Schutz von ingenieurtechnischen Bauten und technischen Ausruestungen sowie an die Aufrechterhaltung noch betriebener Grubenbaue. Aus Risswerk der geplanten Tagebauauffahrung war ersichtlich, dass sich die Gewinnungsarbeiten von Lagerstaettenteilen den aufrechtzuerhaltenden und zu schuetzenden Grubenbauen auf weniger als 30 m naehern werden.
