Description

The investigation of the near anode plasma of the hydrogen arc discharge of monoplasmatron geometry is reported. The electron energy distribution has been obtained by the electrostatic probe technique under P=0.02 - 0.2 torr and i=0.1-0.5 amperes., The form of the distribution function has been also calculated for the electron energies higher than the ionization energy of the hydrogen molecule.
