Mathematical simulation of diagnostic characteristics of thermonuclear particles in laser plasma by the Monte-Carlo method

Description
Numerical calculation results of spectra and yields of primary thermo nuclear particles - α-particles and neutrons - escaping from laser plasma as well as deuterium and thorium recoil nuclei formed during the scattering of thermonuclear neutrons on DT-plasma nuclei are presented and discussed. It is shown that recoil nuclei shift spectra as a result of their braking in a dense substance of target shell is an important diagnostic characteristic
