Intense line source in the extreme VUV based on the micropinch in the low inductance vacuum spark
- 1. AN SSSR, Troitsk (USSR). Inst. Spektroskopii
Description
The extreme VUV emission spectrum from the micropinch in a low-inductance vacuum spark consists of a number of broadened and overlapping lines of multicharged ions. Introducing an axial magnetic field prevents the plasma from extensive pinching and leads to an intense source of line radiation. (author)
