A new two-potential approach for electric and magnetic charges
Description
It is reconsidered the two-potential formalism for the treatment of the electromagnetic field interacting with electric and magnetic charges. The letter introduces a new approach to the problem, which like in the Zwanziger's procedure, integrates directly Maxwell equations but uses a different particular solution of the inhomogeneous Maxwell equations. The properties of the obtained solutions are discussed
