Round table. Questions facing the back end of the nuclear fuel cycle

The main questions of the round table discussions facing the back end of the fuel cycle are recalled. Answers are given, when possible from an industrial point of view. Research programs for long term, more open questions are summarized. The main questions relative to the back end of the fuel cycle have been reviewed in sessions 1 to 3 of the conference. Other problems discussed are: Radioactive waste from nuclear power production; Nuclear industry problems of final stages of fuel cycle in Russia; Nuclear fuel cycle and back-end policy; MOX fuel for plutonium disposition.
