Description
The Hot Modified Thomas-Fermi (HMTF) method has been used in a sum rule approach to estimate the evolution of the energy peak and width of the isoscalar monopole resonance with the excitation energy represented by a nuclear temperature T. Isothermal and isentropic calculations are reported. (orig.)
