Description
Sm(CobalFexCu0.1Zr0.03)7.5 (x=0.09-0.21) sintered magnets were prepared by the conventional powder metallurgy method. The results show that: the influences of Fe content on magnetic properties of sintered magnets are correlated with sintering temperature closely. The optimum value of Br, Hcb, (BH)max and Hci of sintered magnets with x=0.15 can reached 0.94 T, 708.4 kA/m, 2276.6 kA/m and 171.9 kJ/m3 respectively. With decreasing Fe content, irreversible flux losses decrease and temperature stability increase. The sintered magnets with x≤0.15 may working with circumstance temperature of 550 degree C. (authors)
