Group library of fission products ZVJE-Skoda
Description
Data are given for 584 fission products, namely for each nuclide: 1) independent yields of thermal fission of 235U, 239Pu and 241Pu, and of fast fission (1 MeV) of 235U, 238U, 239Pu and 241Pu; 2) radioactive decay characteristics: decay constant and branching ratios; 3) microscopic cross sections for thermal neutron capture and resonance integrals and branching ratios for (n,γ) reactions; 4) 13- and 12-group gamma sources and mean energies of charged particles from the decay. The library is used within the programmes of nuclear safety, particularly for computations of the core inventory, residual power, transport of fission products within the primary coolant circuit or within the separate shells of the containment system. The 12-group constants may also be linked with Snyder's data system to evaluate doses from both external and internal radiation sources. The library data are stored on magnetic tape. (author)
