Meteorological Agency has been measured monthly fallout (90St and 137Cs) during a long term (1957.4-2012.3). During these 660 months, the large scale atmospheric explosions in the early years of the 1990's, Chernobylsk accident in 1986, and accident of Fukushima power plant, TEPCO, occurred. It has been clearly recorded that Artificial radioactivity due to these accidents descended to the surface of the earth.
