Description
Photoconsductivity and photoelectret state in polymer ferroelectric films of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and vinylidene copolymer with trifluoroethylene (VDF/TEF) for 80% VDF were observed in experiments. Effect of γ-radiation on ferroelectric and dielectric properties of PVDF and VDF/TFE (80/20) was investigated
