17O, 183W NMR spectra and state of Y(3), La(3), Ce(4), Th(4), Lu(3) complexes with heteropolyanion PW11O397- in aqueous solutions

Description
Using the method of 17O, 31P, 183W NMR it is shown that in aqueous solution there are complexes of heteropolyanion PW11O397- (PW11) and metal ions (M=Y3+, La3+, Ce4+, Th4+, Lu3+) of M(PW11)2 composition. On the basis of NMR data a supposition on the change in the complex structure (its composition being invariable M:PW11 = 1:2) when passing from La3+, Th4+ to Ce4+, Y3+, Lu3+ is made. Assignment of 183W NMR lines of the complexes mentioned is realized
