Survey report on utilization of radiation and radioisotope

Description
Mail and visit survey were conducted in Aug. and Sept. of 1996 toward industry and research users of radiation and radioisotope in order to identify the current status or the development plan and to fined out obstacles preventing from active industrial utilization of them. The information obtained from this survey had been requested in the Integrated Plan for Promotion of Radiation and Radioisotope Utilization. It was found that the users expected the institution to be modified to efficiency and the government to assist in education, manpower development, and R and D for commercial technology. Moreover, public information activity were found urgent to provide what technology is currently developed and what is transferable. (Author)
