Methodical contributions to the tritium analysis of saliniferous waters

Description
The determination of tritium concentrations in older waters with noticeable salt content and high-saliniferous waters in mines, resp., requires special sample preparation techniques. Results are presented of the distillation without delay in boiling and the electrolytic enrichment of even small amounts of tritium. Both procedures have been performed so that contamination of the sample could be avoided. Furthermore, measurement errors, background measurements, and application of tritium analysis in potash mining are discussed
