Window transparency optimisation of E-beam machines

Description

The quest for higher processing speeds of E-Beam curtain machines is addressed, and three possible solutions are presented. The increasing of the yield value of an accelerator by means of enhancing its copper window transparency is one of the best ways to solve this problem leading to less expensive and more efficient machines.
