Description
131-Bengal rose, 131I-albumin, 198Au-colloid and short-lived sup(113m)In were studied and compared to find a suitable indicator for examining liver hemodynamics. It was shown that all the radiopharmaceutical preparations are capable of an adequate reflection of the true picture of liver hemodynamics. The hemodynamic picture was characterized by two peaks representing the arterial and venous blood flows separately. On this base hemodynamic disorders can be diagnosed in different areas of the complex system of the hepatic blood circulation
