Description
The preparation procedure, structure and electrophysical properties of monocrystals of ternary molybdenum chalcogenides, in particular, SnMo6S8 are considered. The crystallographical characteristics of ternary molybdenum sulfides MMo6S8, where M is Pb, Ag, Sn, La, Gd, Ho are presented. A possibility of preparing coatings on the base of SnMo6S8 and PbMo6S8 on the molybdenum substrates is estimated. 15 refs.; 6 figs.; 1 tab
