On thermodynamics of martensitic transformation in high-nickel iron base alloys. Thermal effect
Description
Thermal effect of diffusionless transformation in Fe-Ni alloys close to 0 K and close to real temperatures of martensitic transformation is investigated. It is shown that taking into account γ-phase ferromagnetism in Fe-Ni alloys at calculation of difference of α- and γ-phase enthalpies permits to sharply decrease discrepancy between theoretical and experimental values of Q martensitic transformation heat. Energy stored up tin α-martensite is estimated
