This document gathers the content of debates and discussions of three round tables organised by the French National Assembly about issues related to communicating electric power meters. The first round table more precisely addressed issues related to the deployment of these meters and the associated business model. The second one addressed health effects and controversies about them. The third one addressed the issue of protection of individual data and of valorisation of this data.
