Description
During FY-1977 a contingent of Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNL) personnel and the PNL DC-3 aircraft relocated to a field office in Muskegon, MI. This relocation brought the aircraft capabilities to a place in the northeastern quadrant of the United States where they could be used to greater advantage in the Multi-State Atmospheric Power Production Pollution Study (MAP3S).
