Description
This paper takes up the CT-XAFS method, which combines computer tomography method that can evaluate a three-dimensional structure and X-ray absorption fine structure method that can evaluate the electronic structure and chemical state of elements. It introduces a study to apply this method to the two-dimensional operand analysis of the reaction distribution in an all-solid-state battery mixture electrode. A bulk-type all-solid-state lithium-ion battery (LiCoO2(LCO)-Li2.2C0.8B0.2O3(LCBO) | LCBO | poly(ethylene oxide) based polymer | Li) was used, and the LCO in the mixture positive electrode was measured. SPring-8 beamline was used in the experiment. It was shown that the reaction distribution and its formation factors in the all-solid-state battery mixture electrode can be clarified by applying the operand CT-XAFS method. (A.O.)
