Description
Starting with the study on the characteristics and classification of foreign super-large uranium deposits, summarizing their metallogenetic geological conditions and on the basis of geological characteristics and features of mineralization distribution in the northwestern part of China, it is considered that prospecting for super-large uranium deposits there from now on should be aimed at Mesozoic and Cenozoic sandstone type uranium deposits in interlayer oxidation zone (in-situ leachable) and pegmatitic granite type, volcanic type and Olympic Dam type (i.e. cryptoexplosive breccia type) uranium deposits
