Irradiation effects in oxides, minerals and ionic crystals

Description

Extended defects produced in oxides, minerals and ionic crystals, by irradiation (electrons, neutrons and ions) have been studied by transmission electron microscopy. We describe these defects as the formation of aggregates due to implanted atoms in the case of high dose ion implantations

On etudie au microscope electronique par transmission les differents types de defauts produits par irradiation (electrons, neutrons et ions) dans les oxides, les mineraux et les cristaux ioniques. On decrit ces defauts comme etant la formation d'agregats dus aux atomes implantes dans le cas d'implantation d'ions a haute dose
