Irradiation effects in oxides, minerals and ionic crystals
Description
Extended defects produced in oxides, minerals and ionic crystals, by irradiation (electrons, neutrons and ions) have been studied by transmission electron microscopy. We describe these defects as the formation of aggregates due to implanted atoms in the case of high dose ion implantations
