Description
The analysis of temporal behaviour of the intensity of gamma-rays with Eγ=2.2 MeV from solar flares and the matter density in the capture region of thermal neutrons generated during the flare is carried out. The matter density in the subphotosphere region during the flare may be disturbed. It is concluded that solar flares develop not only in the solar corona and the chromosphere but also in the deep subphotospheric layers of the solar atmosphere
