Study and construction of CMS grid application system

To meet the need of China CMS physics groups accessing experiment data and doing physics analysis on grid, the T2-CT-Beijing grid site studied and constructed the CMS grid application system based on the grid middleware glite, which greatly support research work of the China CMS physics group.
