Coexistence in Ge isotopes and two-neutron transfer
- 1. Physics Department, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104
Description
Generalized two-state model wave functions are used to fit the cross section ratio sigma(02+)/sigma(g.s.) for two-nucleon transfer reactions, in particular, /sup 70,72,74/Ge(t,p) and /sup 72,74,76/Ge(p,t). We fit these ratios with just one parameter which is restricted to lie within a narrow range. We also are able to calculate the ground state and 02+ state wave functions for 68Ge and 78Ge
